ABOUT OUR PROGRAM

 

For over 20 years, Summer Fellowship (SF) has been a community-focused program sponsored by the Kings Church of Christ. Our program is open to all children ages 5-12, regardless of belief or church affiliation.  All classes are kid friendly and age appropriate. 

 

 

 

 

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIME 

 

Kids may arrive starting at 8:30 a.m. and must be picked up NO LATER than 6:00 p.m.

 

**Kids 10 years and older may arrive and depart on their own, only if they have written permission from a parent/ guardian 

 

 

VOLUNTEERS

 

Our volunteers are trustworthy, well-trained, energetic individuals affiliated with the Kings Church of Christ. There will always be at least 2 coordinators on site. Our adult/ child ratio is 2-12 and team leaders ages 15-17 are always supervised by an adult team leader or coordinator. 

 

MEALS

 

Daily breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided. Those with special dietary needs should arrive with breakfast/lunch daily. On Trip Days, parents are to provide their child with a sack lunch.

 

ATTIRE

 

Kids are required to wear our SF t-shirt every day and should wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. One free shirt is given to each child during registration. Additional shirts are $7-10 each. Parents of younger children may be asked to bring in an extra set of clothes for accidents. On Trip Days, all kids must wear program t-shirts to attend trips. 

 

TUTOR HOUR

 

Many of our SF team leaders are educators and college students and will be providing academic help to students each day.
